For this reason we recommend our clients make sure they are fully aware of all legal implications prior to entering into any contractual agreement. Although many people have solicitors in the UK, when it comes to buying abroad, it is better to take advice from local solicitors as they are more aware of the laws of the land, are familiar with the process in that country and speak the language.

Should you have your own solicitor, we are more than happy for you to use them if you wish. For our clients who do not have their own solicitor, we have local independent solicitors available in all the regions where we sell property. We will arrange appointments as necessary to meet with them, whilst you are attending your inspection trip with ourselves.

All of the solicitors we recommend specialise in local property conveyance and are independent. They are there to represent you and have no business connections with ourselves personally.
