Terms and conditions
If you arrange your inspection trip through us in advance, and reserve a property during your visit, we will refund the cost of flights and accommodation we have arranged for you.
This refund offer is limited to two adults sharing a room for one to four nights in a quality hotel of our choice in an area relevant to your enquiry. We will book agreed flights and accommodation, at agreed rates, on your behalf against your credit/debit card.
Refunds will be made by cheque or bank transfer where a property introduced by us is reserved during your trip, or within 1 week of returning home. This will be refunded approximately 90 days after the said contract has been signed. This offer does not apply to Brazil and cannot be used in conjunction with any other inspection trip offer.
